A new chapter is being written for Label Properties: after more than twenty-five years at the helm, Michel Brevier is handing over to his son, Cyril Brevier. A natural evolution for this family-run agency specializing in high-end residential real estate in Mougins, Cannes, Valbonne, and Mandelieu-la-Napoule, where nearly 600 villas and apartments have been sold.

The agency highlights a key indicator: client loyalty. Many buyers return to entrust the resale of their property just a few years after their purchase. Some properties have thus changed hands two or three times through the agency.
